In the event that you are not satisfied with the mumtaz products purchased exclusively from the website, please contact our Customer Service at

Return Eligibility

You can exercise your right to return the products purchased from the website within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Products must be returned in their original condition and complete original packaging, unopened and sealed, along with any accessories associated with the products (including promotional gifts).

Return Conditions

mumtaz has sole discretion in determining whether the products have been returned in their original condition. Products that are returned incomplete, broken, damaged, worn, unsealed, or used will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Responsibility

mumtaz disclaims all liability for any loss, shipping delay, or delivery to an incorrect address of any returned item. You assume all risks associated with your chosen shipping method.

Refund Policy

If you exercise your right to return the products, we will refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs, within a maximum of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to cancel the order.

However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of return, whichever comes first.

After receiving the product, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase.

Important Note

The right to cancel applies only to products purchased exclusively from the website and does not apply to items purchased from physical stores.

Return Process

Initiate a Return
Go to the “My Orders” page and click on “Return Item”.

Schedule Pick-up
A courier service will be arranged to pick up your return.

Return the Item
Hand over the unopened package in its original condition to the courier representative.

Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed.
